(1) According to sub-section (2) of section 16 of the Act, a person who owns any business or such industry shall submit an application in the format as per schedule 16 when requesting documents or records related to him in the industry registration body.
(2) If an application is received in accordance with sub-rule (1), if it is deemed appropriate to provide documents or records as per the request of the application, the industry registration body shall take a copy fee as required by the prevailing law and provide such documents or records to the applicant.
